We also require all of our chefs to follow a strict hygiene protocol and use high-quality ingredients to minimize any potential risk of contamination. Our chefs are trained in proper and safe food handling to prevent any food allergies or illnesses. When it comes to payment, we use a trust account to hold your payment until after the event. This means that your payment is securely held and only released to the chef after the event has concluded. The trust account ensures that your payment is safe and protects you from any potential fraud or scams. In the unlikely event of an accident during the event, CHEFIN has up to $20 million in liability insurance to protect both the client and the chef. This insurance policy covers any damage or injury that may occur during the event. We understand that safety is paramount to our customers.
