This helps us get a sense of their culinary skills, experience, and what motivates them to work with CHEFIN. Onboarding Phone Interview & Identity Verification: Candidates participate in a phone interview to verify their identity and discuss their culinary vision and goals. Chef Audition (Trial Shift): The final step is a Chef Audition. Here, candidates prepare meals evaluated by our regular clients, showcasing their ability to provide exceptional culinary experiences.
