If you need to change or cancel your cooking experience or private chef appointment after you have already submitted your reservation and processed payment, it is essential that you contact our Customer Support team immediately.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Important: CHEFIN platform booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Should you wish to reschedule, we will be happy to accommodate your request in most cases, without additional fees, as long as advance notice is given and the chef has not incurred any costs for purchasing ingredients.
