Chef Cleber's culinary journey began in New York City’s vibrant food scene, where he trained in a wide variety of cuisines. From mastering traditional French cuisine to exploring the bold flavors of South American and American cuisine, he has developed a diverse skill set. After more than a decade in professional kitchens, he went on to run his own private chef and catering company, offering personalized dining experiences in Costa Rica. Now, as a Personal Chef based on the Central Coast of São Paulo, he creates exceptional meals that reflect his global culinary influences. Cleber is passionate about creating memorable dining experiences, focusing on the connection that food fosters and adapting to the needs of his clients.
