With over a decade of experience, Executive Chef Alan Romero has established himself in the culinary industry through his technical expertise and creativity. As a Private Chef, he is known for his refined flavors and attention to detail, ensuring exclusive dining experiences for his clients.

As the creator of the culinary project Les Chefs Bem-te-Vi, he introduced social inclusion to the kitchen by teaching people with Down syndrome how to cook. His passion for inclusive gastronomy also led him to speak at the 1st International Gastronomy Congress at Cruzeiro do Sul University.

A finalist in the 2015 Chef of the Future Sadia competition and runner-up in Enchefs 2019, Alan Romero has demonstrated his talent in high-level culinary contests. He also gained national recognition by participating in the reality show "Sabor em Jogo" on GNT.

His love for barbecue has taken him to the most prestigious BBQ festivals in Brazil. He also represented Brazilian cuisine at the CALC International Gastronomy Congress in Argentina, where he presented "Afogado," a traditional countryside dish.

Currently, he continues to develop new techniques and craft unforgettable dining experiences. As an Executive Chef and Private Chef, Alan Romero blends tradition and innovation to create authentic and surprising dishes.
