Private Chef Wagner Rosa was introduced to the kitchen at a very young age. The son of a dedicated cook, he learned the foundations of gastronomy directly from his father, shaping his early passion for food.

Knowing early on that he wanted to pursue this career, he formally studied gastronomy. His dedication led him to refine classic techniques while cultivating his own creative approach.

Personal Chef Wagner then expanded his horizons abroad. He lived for nine years between Thailand and China, gaining valuable experience in diverse kitchens and working as a sous chef in highly competitive environments.

These years abroad enriched his culinary vision, allowing him to blend Asian influences with Latin and European traditions. Today, as a Personal Chef São Paulo, he brings this unique fusion of cultures to private dining experiences.
