Chef Sheila Duarte is a master of balance — blending technical precision with heartfelt intuition. Once an auditor, she turned to the kitchen and never looked back. With experience in renowned restaurants and large-scale events, she brings bold authenticity to every private dining experience.
In 2014, Sheila traded spreadsheets for chef’s knives to pursue her passion for food. She trained in kitchens led by culinary icons like Alex Atala, Heloísa Bacellar, and Helena Rizzo, and gained experience across a variety of global cuisines — from Thai to rustic Brazilian country cooking.
She made her mark in major BBQ and smoking events such as Barbaros, Churrascada, and Tarego, refining her skills with fire, smoke, and large-format meat. Between 2021 and 2023, she co-founded Pizza dos Fundos, where she led all creative culinary development.
Sheila’s work goes beyond the plate — she has also led social initiatives, such as the organic salad project for the NGO ARCAH, which aimed to support unhoused individuals through employment and culinary training.
Now working under her own brand as a Personal Chef in São Paulo, Sheila is known for delivering unforgettable menus that reflect her depth of experience, purpose, and creative spirit.
One of Sheila’s signature dishes is her slow-roasted cupim (hump roast) — a tribute to Brazilian roots, elevated by low-temp precision. Whether she's grilling over fire or plating with fine-dining finesse, every dish is designed to be deeply flavorful and emotionally memorable.
