Chef Rodrigo Schweitzer is bold, technical, and full of charm. Winner of Hell’s Kitchen Brazil (Season 3), he blends classical French training with fearless creativity. Known for his seafood mastery and bespoke dining experiences, Rodrigo crafts dishes that are bold, emotional, and unforgettable.
Rodrigo’s culinary path was shaped by family — his palate developed over years of sharing home-cooked meals with loved ones. After his grandfather’s passing, he followed his passion and enrolled at SENAC. Hungry for more, he moved to New York to train at the prestigious French Culinary Institute, mastering the foundations of French cuisine.
Back in Brazil, Rodrigo quickly rose to head chef roles and began building a signature approach: custom-made menus inspired by each client’s personal tastes and stories. His victory on Hell’s Kitchen Brazil introduced him to a national audience, where he stood out for his inventive spirit and dynamic presence.
Rodrigo also owns a pizzeria (Audácias) and has worked at acclaimed venues such as Porto Frescato, Midori, and Casa das Canoas. He frequently appears in food festivals, TV programs, and branded culinary experiences.
What drives him is the opportunity to connect with guests and create something new every time. His personal motto says it all: “If you don’t love it, don’t pay.” Rodrigo’s confidence and commitment ensure that every meal leaves a lasting impression.
