She’s worked with respected establishments such as Savu Parrilla, Chef Gourmet, and Casulo Gastrobar, standing out for both her technical skills and charismatic presence.

For six years, Miriam ran her own restaurant — an experience that shaped her identity as a chef and deepened her understanding of hospitality. Today, she focuses on bespoke events and restaurant consulting, bringing high energy and soulful food to each occasion. Her specialties range from Texan-style barbecue and exotic meats to creative takes on Brazilian and Italian dishes.
