From Naples to São Paulo, Chef Luca Iadicicco brings the soul of true Italian cuisine to the table. With over 12 years of professional culinary experience, he specializes in authentic, intimate dinners that celebrate the richness of Italian tradition and the warmth of shared meals.
Born in Naples, Luca grew up immersed in a culture where cooking and gathering went hand in hand. He began cooking at age 15 and eventually turned his passion into a profession. After moving to Brazil, he was surprised by how often “Italian cuisine” was misrepresented — and felt a strong urge to share the real flavors of his homeland.
Since then, he has led three restaurants in São Paulo and worked at respected venues like Sforno Pizzeria Napoletana, Mezzaluna, and L’Angolo Italiano. His mission: to deliver honest, soulful Italian food rooted in family, simplicity, and culinary heritage.
Today, through Vesuvio Gastronomia e Consultoria, Luca focuses on private lunches and dinners for small groups, offering tailor-made menus that reflect southern Italian traditions with his own creative flair.
He believes each dish is part of a larger story — and the true reward is seeing people enjoy it, together.
While Luca doesn’t name a single favorite dish, his heart is in everything he cooks. Expect rustic Neapolitan classics, handmade pastas, slow-roasted meats, and the joyful spirit of a table made to be shared.
