Chef Jefferson Teixeira is a specialist in enogastronomic experiences and intimate fine dining. With one foot in Mediterranean cuisine and the other in the world of wine, he turns meals into refined sensory journeys. Leading the brand Chef Jeff, he delivers authentic, high-end culinary moments full of personality.

Bio

Originally a graphic designer and web developer for over 10 years, Jefferson made a bold pivot in 2010 to pursue his true passion: cooking. He enrolled at FMU to study Culinary Arts, drawn by the university’s enogastronomy program — the art of pairing food with wine.

He has since worked in kitchens focused on Mediterranean, Italian, Spanish, and contemporary cuisine. With a refined palate and love for pairing flavors, he launched Chef Jeff, a culinary company offering private lunches and dinners for up to 20 guests, each crafted to create a complete gastronomic experience.

Jefferson also founded Vecchia Locanda Pasta & Co., a shop specializing in fresh pasta and homemade sauces. His cooking blends tradition with modern techniques. His résumé includes restaurants like Bonne Journée Bistrô, Red Buteco de Vinhos, and Vinea Alphaville.

From his base in São Paulo’s Freguesia do Ó, Jefferson and his team create unforgettable dining events marked by professionalism, creativity, and care. For him, cooking is about sharing stories and discovering new ways to enjoy life through food and wine.
