Private Chef Harold Lethiais began his journey in September 1979. His early passion for food evolved into a lifelong commitment to the culinary arts.

With over 30 years of experience, Personal Chef Rio de Janeiro has held leadership roles as Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef, and culinary instructor. His expertise spans kitchen operations, team management, and large-scale projects.

For a decade, Private Chef Harold Lethiais served as Technical Coordinator and faculty member at UNIRIO’s Gastronomy Extension Course. His role highlighted his dedication to education and the growth of future chefs.

Personal Chef Harold is known for his ability to lead with creativity. He designs menus that exceed client expectations by balancing innovation, tradition, and flawless execution. His approach combines culinary artistry with precise operational management.
