Born in Maceió and now splitting his time between Italy and Brazil, Felipe Tavares built his culinary career in Europe’s top kitchens. He worked at acclaimed establishments like Glória Milano, Bel Mondo Madrid, and Sogni Milano, where he honed his skills in modern Italian cuisine, raw food artistry, and innovative European fusion.

With more than 10 years of experience, Felipe has also been involved in multiple restaurant openings across continents. His cooking style is marked by refined aesthetics, bold colors, and modern techniques — bringing out the best in both premium proteins and plant-based ingredients.

He holds a diploma in Culinary Arts and an additional certification in Baking and Pastry, giving him the range to execute complete high-end menus, from savory tasting courses to beautifully plated desserts.

A passionate traveler and multilingual chef (fluent in four languages), Felipe sees food as a bridge between cultures — a sensory experience that can evoke memories, spark curiosity, and unite people around the table.
