He holds a degree in Gastronomy, a postgrad in Food Safety, and an MBA in Food & Beverage Management. His approach combines hands-on tradition with technical mastery.
Specialized in European and rustic Brazilian cuisines, Eduardo has deep expertise in Portuguese and Italian cooking. His connection to Italian culinary culture is officially recognized — he is a member of the FIC (Federazione Italiana Cuochi), proudly representing Brazilian talent.
Eduardo has led kitchens at restaurants such as Capitão 47, Di Bistrô, and Picanharia do Sacha.
