Private Chef Cadu is a culinary innovator known for blending tradition and modern gastronomy. Personal Chef Cadu Rogério Carneiro has built his name as one of the most respected chefs in São Paulo.

Bio

orn into a family of chefs, Personal Chef São Paulo Cadu Rogério Carneiro grew up surrounded by culinary inspiration. His grandmother was a pastry chef, his grandfather a charcutier, and his mother a professional cook. This early exposure shaped his deep appreciation for food and hospitality.

At just 18, Private Chef Cadu joined the renowned kitchen of Alex Atala. Working alongside one of Brazil’s most celebrated chefs, he refined his technical skills and developed a passion for contemporary cuisine. His years at D.O.M. between 2013 and 2015 were formative and pivotal to his growth.

Following this experience, Personal Chef Cadu Rogério Carneiro led the kitchens of Modi Gastronomia and Lambe Lambe simultaneously. He explored both Italian and contemporary Brazilian cuisine, proving his versatility and leadership in high-demand environments.

His next chapter took him to Cozinha Mandioca, where he celebrated Brazilian culinary heritage with a modern twist. For two years, Personal Chef São Paulo Cadu enhanced his reputation by crafting creative menus that honored seasonal ingredients.

Later, he partnered with celebrity chef Henrique Fogaça at Jamile, leading the kitchen with precision and creativity. This collaboration further established Private Chef Cadu as a reference in Brazil’s gastronomic scene.

In 2020, Personal Chef Cadu Rogério Carneiro was invited to join the team at Mais Você, one of Brazil’s most iconic TV programs. While sharing his talent with a national audience, he continues to work as a Personal Chef in São Paulo, curating exclusive dinners and events that reflect his contemporary culinary vision.
